During the May Chamber meeting held last Thursday in conjunction with the Kiwanis Club, we presented the 2013 Chamber of Commerce Scholarship. We are excited to announce that this years recipient of the scholarship is RCHS Senior Charity Adams. After receiving her scholarship, Charity read one of her two essays required for the scholarship application.
